Important: By using Aircraft2Sell, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before posting or responding to aircraft listings.

1. About Aircraft2Sell

Aircraft2Sell is an online marketplace operated by Aircraft2Sell SAS (France) that connects buyers and sellers of aircraft and aviation equipment. We are a platform intermediary — we do not buy, sell, or own any aircraft listed on our platform.

2. User accounts

You must create an account to post listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to sell any aircraft you list.

3. Listing rules

  • All information in listings must be accurate and truthful
  • You must own or be legally authorised to sell the aircraft listed
  • Duplicate listings are prohibited
  • Photos must be of the actual aircraft being sold
  • Listings must be in one of our supported categories
  • Contact details must be real and reachable

4. No commission policy

Aircraft2Sell never charges commission on the sale of aircraft. Our revenue comes exclusively from listing plan subscriptions. The sale price is entirely yours to negotiate and keep.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Boost and Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. VAT is applied according to your billing country.

6. Liability limitations

Aircraft2Sell is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not verify airworthiness, legal ownership, or the accuracy of technical specifications. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including pre-purchase inspections.

7. Content moderation

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings that violate these terms or applicable law will be removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

Privacy Policy

GDPR compliant: We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, company name
  • Listing data: aircraft information, photos, location
  • Billing data: handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card details
  • Usage data: pages visited, search queries, device type
  • Communication data: messages between buyers and sellers

2. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Aircraft2Sell platform
  • To send email alerts and notifications you have opted into
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, KYC)

3. Your rights (GDPR)

  • Right of access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by French tax law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

5. Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, and SendGrid for transactional emails. All processors are GDPR-compliant. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

These cookies are necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They include authentication tokens (Supabase session) and CSRF protection.

2. Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used. No personal data is shared with analytics providers. You may opt out at any time.

3. Stripe cookies

Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
